As others said before. Speed loading a revolver is incredibly hard. As was said before, 6 shots and you're done. The only use for a revolver is to be flashy, play a helpless NPC, or as a last resort backup when you know your primary is VERY reliable and you are unlikely to ever use it (because, you know, a revolver looks good in a holster).

Try a couple of pistols and find one that fits your hand nicely. Then come back here and thank everyone for having warned you. Also, pistols are not like AEGs. Buying a cheap one is a bad idea, find a model that has a lot of spare parts available. 1911s, Glocks and Sigs are great.
