I understand that but he wasn't really above his target FPS by even 5 FPS based on his description so I think it would be harsh to punish him for having the hop up on.
You could always contact the field/game operator ahead of time to okay the setup verbally.
AEGs in general can be fussy about FPS, I have that same M95 spring in my AK and it's almost firing 390 FPS so my gundoc is modifying it to go under 350.
