The answer is usually "No" for a real mount to function perfectly with a clone
look carefully at the mount. you will see a lug in the centre of the mount base where the T1 would screw down. On a real T1 that would mate to the receiving slot on the optic to reduce/eliminate the recoil stress on the screws that hold the optic to the mount. Clone optics don't have the slot built into them.

If you want to mount a clone optic to the mount, you will have to grind off the bump/notch in the centre which renders your mount shit useless for a live fire.
