There are a number of SAS loadouts on here, in the Western Europe section. That should help you a lot with the first load out
Some of the gear in the "Shadow Company" Loadout isn't real gear, as far as I can tell, but you could very easily put that kinda look together with black ACUs and tan or Coyote Brown carrier and pads
