Okay this is what I have for numbers:
Wouxon Radio using Kenwood 2 pin - Sprk 0.03v, PTT 4.99v, Mic 4.99v

Motorola MTS2000 with adapter to PRC - Sprk 0.06v, PTT 3.0v, Mic 5.0v, During transmit pins E and F are showing a voltage of approx 1.5v
