Ditch the delta ring altogether and it opens up a world of possibilities.
IIRC that RIS you've linked to is meant for the 18" barrel length M16 model that ICS has out. It might look awkward, and i don't think the triangular sight would work relocated on the 14.5" barrel (at least in eyeballing mine).
I'd suggest that if you want to have an extra long length RIS while retaining the stock barrel length and triangle sight, that this might be the ticket instead -
