No (for sure).
My memory is fuzzy, but re. ICS I think that it's only the M4 (and M-series based) that has a split mechbox.
While the ICS MP5 is a version two mechbox...it's very much more like a "normal" version 2.
ICS AK's have "normal" version 3's...etc...
Again, that's in general...there may be exceptions that I've forgotten or not kept up on
