Not sure what you mean by "didnt plugged ino the Boom mic" but when you have the PTT plugged it you need to use the mic in the headset.

Also the repro PTT is sometimes hard to get the headset plug into. On my replica PTT's I have to twist the plug into the PTT to get it to seat all of the way.
