Airsoft Canada - View Single Post - Account very slow, give "server load to high" message...help!

AS the title says, I have a problem that once im logged in, my account is super slow, giving me the "server load too high" message once in a while, and when the pages do load it takes a solid 10-20 seconds.

Please Help!!!!!!
