Choosing a gun comes from lots of personal preference, ie,a gun that I like, could be one that you hate...
I would suggest you try attending an event, and go around presenting yourself to the players and ask if you could try their guns! Ask the brand, model, personal feedback... etc, (I've never seen someone that didnt want to talk about his gun!)
Or
You could go to a local airsoft store, and try the guns....
Or:
You could go to an armory (in the USA) and try guns you like....
I did all of the above, and fell in love with the FN scar-h
