I think there also may be the option of returning it to the sender and see if you can get a refund of some sort (say less a 15% restocking fee or something) even if you take a hit on restocking at least you get some money back.

there is actually, but there are lots of things to do. 1st is to find a bonded courier willing to ship it back to the seller. i don't even have a clue where to start. they probably charge an arm and a leg to do it too so I don't know if it's even worth it.
