I think the frustration is more the lack of any response. If they are not going to allow someone as a retailer, they should say so in some kind of response.
What Viperfish is experiencing is the lack of even a basic response. Pretty uncivilized if you ask me.
We have also tried contacting them and have had ZERO response.

Agreed. Viperfish has been a big part of the turnaround there.
