I read that it's a DEVGRU operator from Gold Squadron. He could be just borrowing an L119A1 from the NZSAS guys. Notice how his left arm bdu is intact, but his right is ripped and hanging there. Seems like there are blood stains on there too. Perhaps he was wounded? Another photo shows blood on his elbow area.
