I have a G&G GR-16 (M16 lenght) with a lower tinted receiver that I think is made with reinforced nylon.

I was wondering where I could find a suitable metal lower receiver that would fit with my rifle.

I was told by some persons that G&G were a bit capricious about compatibility, but that D-Boys ones should fit, can somebody confirm me this?

Oh and I would like opinion about the advantages of changing it vs keeping it as long as its operational.

I am not a big fan of changing things that are not broken, but if it's going to give me more performance why not.
