I have experience with Raven Concealment products and have been using them before the entire Magpul craze.
Their pistol holsters (specifically their light compatible versions) are some of the best I have had the pleasure to use - period.
Their mag holders are also up to the same high quality - but they are molded with real-steel magazines and thus may not fit your airsoft mags correctly.
My AR15 mag holder did not fit well and thus I was forced to re-mold the mag holder using a hair dyer and slowly adjusting the fit which worked out great...
Now that RC's popularity has increased so much because of Magpul - I would not recommend waiting for their long turn around unless you are ordering one of their pistol light compatible holsters which is worth the wait.
Regarding a AR15 magazine holder - I would highly recommend the ITW Fast Mags Gen 3 (belt version). They work very well and securely retain your AR15 mags and are just as quick/easy to draw from when reloading.
What is nice about the Fast Mags also is that they are not molded directly around a specific AR15 magazine - so any mag will work/fit including USGI, PMAG, etc etc. That goes for airsoft magazines as well...
