I use condor M4 double mag pouches, remove the flap on them, and I reload faster than anyone in manitoba without dropping mags.
As long as you know how to USE a typical double M4 mag pouch with elastic retention, you can reload just as fast, if not faster, than people with those silly $50 specialty pouches.
