[MultipleParadox]

Hey guys
I bought a PDI 140 spring for my KA M4 (been told I should achieve 370-380 fps approximately, males sense?)

However I never opened the thing, and I'm not too sure of the what and how. I've been looking on Youtube and Google in general, and of course on these forums, and couldn't find anything with step by step instructions or at least pics of different steps so I know what to look for. I wouldn't like loosing a tiny part or not knowing where it goes when it's time to put it back together...

So if anyone have some instructions ready or better yet a video, or links to one, let me know.

Other alternative would be to have a gun doc do it for me, in the greater montreal area. Anyone knows how much it'd cost me?
