Yes, as far as I know the IFAK is the individual kit (for yourself) and the ERB (or other med pouch) is for teammates.

MICH (always the 2000) are either tan or OD, both have been seen. Depending on the year, the FSBEII helmet cover (only that one, with the Norotos hole, IFF velcro and wires flap) is used.

I'm not sure on that point (maybe Vince, Brakoo or Jesus can correct me

) but Force Recon operators use either the original color (tan or OD) of their MICH or the FSBEII cover, while MARSOC guys can also paint their lids.

For the Norotos, the black one (old-ish model) is has been used since its introduction while for more recent years (2010 and up), the new tan Norotos are also good to go.
