You can order non restricted parts from any online retailer. Most of the questions you have will be in the FAQ. Its a good idea to browse then as many users have compiled more complete answeres that you will usually receive when posting a question. The link I posted has a list of what is and is not a restricted item. I strongly suggest you take scurvy's advice and try to buy from Canada and HK, especially from a Canadian retailer. We have many fine retailers on ASC that deal in parts.
