Another question: Lets assume the worst possible case scenario, where I get caught with a non-clear airsoft firearm (m4 carbine, for instance) in a case in the middle of a street by a police officer. What then?

I'm sorry if I sound annoying and such, but I'd really like to know what I'm getting myself into before I "jump the gun". Last thing I need is a criminal record.
