If those don't work out for you, Claw Gear makes ACU (called their Raider DSU) cut in CADPAT. They make combat shirts as well, in Cool Max, Spandex, Nomex, and wool bodies. The combat shirts come with or without elbow pads. Don't know if there is a Canadian dealer, but you could always get it from a dealer in Germany.
The Claw Gear uniforms are very nice and in use by many police departments here in the US (Palm Springs, for instance, uses the Stalker TDU in Bushveldt). But, I have not seen their CADPAT up close, and although I can not say how it compares to the real pattern, the other patterns (Multicam and MTP, for example) are spot on when I saw them last month.
