thats the best idea, but don't forget to include a clause resembling:
'I will not assume legal responsibility for any/all actions performed by your little darling, which may entail them being taken away by the police if they violate the law.'
nope, i'm not a lawyer, but i know that unless you're careful this could be a real pain for you. GO SLOW and pick good kids first, then friends IF they can vouch for them and so forth.. and don't be afraid to kick people out, this will keep the rest in line and make things run alot smoother.
