The inner barrel is probably compatible but for hop up unit won't be compatible. It's like 100 % not compatible due to the design of KWA M4 is using two piece TM hop up unit style so there is no way you can fit those in ICS body, you may fit one piece hop up with some modification but two piece is absolutely hell no.

As for inner barrel, as long as it's the same length. I don't think it has problem with ICS hop up unit. Hope it help.

Oh ! yeah, I forgot to mention ICS hop up unit is priority so it's one of the best hop up for M4 AEG. You should get a few of those if you can source, just in case your will break somehow.
