I ordered my AEG from them, didn't have any of the hassles you guys are talking about. I guess I got really really lucky! Don't think I will be buying any more from them though.

The reason I ended up ordering from them is that they had the G&G M4-CQB/R in all black, and they are starting to get a lot of all black AEGs.
