AEG's are not affected by temperature like gas guns, the fps will be the same
Yes batteries can be affected by cold temperatures, leading them to die quicker, but the battery does not affect fps.
Think that one out a bit, it's the spring that propels the piston, the battery powers the motor that pulls the spring back.
