"oil-less" bushings refer to cast bushing that have some lubricant (oils and or graphite) mixed in the metal powder before the casting process. This slowly releases lubricant as the bushing is used.

"oil channeled" bushings have two or more grooves running in the hole, in a circular patern. It is to hold so grease in place and help keep the bushing running. Almost all stainless bushing have that. You need to add a little grease every now and then.

For higer speed setups, use some bearings, or if you are running a stiff spring, do a hybrid set (bearings on the bevel only). It will help the mechbox running well.
