Well, TM guns are really good in stock form for the long run, with a 300 fps spring.
Systema is, from my knowledge, one of the best, if not the best company avaible for upgrade parts
From what i've read here modify ain't bad too, less expensive but good quality based on systema design.
If I remember right broxa's are hot out of the box. If I was you, I would think about a spring change for something around 350 fps to reduce stress.
