also, add some lube around where the spring touches the sear connector, that also may be sticking, the issue mine had was that the connector wouldnt move because the spring couldnt push it up, either because of spring fatigue, or excessive friction, so i bent the spring forward to compensate the loss of tension, and that worked, then i regreased the whole thing for good measure, worked like a charm
