This double feeding could be caused by many things. Start by taking apart your hopup and inspecting it, as well as its rubber.
Now that I think about it, I don't think that it did this when the hop-up was turned off. Would different hop up positions make a difference? Right now the hop up is only on like 1/4 of the max, if that.

FYI I am in the US.
