JG G36C Trigger/Switch Problem

Hello Everyone,
I recently opened my JG G36c Version 3 gearbox to install metal bushings and some new gears and when i put it back together there is one issue. When I press the trigger the gearbox fires but as it is doing that the back of the inner Switch contact jumps up on the trigger piece(the second part of the trigger, the top part which looks like a little triangle)The trigger does not go back to its original state and i have to physically push it back so that it can fire again.

Seems like you've just forgot to put the trigger spring back in place, from what I understand...

The trigger spring is there but from what i see the recoil or impact of the piston on the gearbox is popping the back part on top of the trigger part.

Well that's all I could help, never worked on a G36 gearbox, just wanted to make sure you didn't forget something :)

The trigger block is supposed to jump back forward. That is caused by the cut-off lever.

It should go down when you release the trigger though.

It is probably installed wrong. There is a little rail inside the trigger to guide the block in the right place. Sounds like something is not aligned properly.

Take it appart and make sure it works properly before closing the mechbox.

You should be able to pull the trigger, then move the cut-off lever and the trigger block will jump up and go back to the rear. Then when you release the trigger, the block moves down and back in it's place.

Just for reference I have the same problem. I've had it together half a dozen times. The sear catches the trigger once but after cycling it returns and does not seat. From what I've determined the spring keeps the front down but there is nothing to keep the rear down; no rails, no guides... na da.

I haven't come up with anything yet and am at the point of just buying a new mechbox and saying f-it. Wish I was more help.
