Hop up Rubber

hey guys, im doing some upgrades to my M14, and was wondering about the hop-up rubber, whats better for consistent BB flow, as well as a good air seal to increase FPS and accuracy, 50* hardness, 70* hardness... im just not sure.

Best unlimited budget: Firefly hop-up rubber (under 350 = soft, under 400 = medium, 400+ = hard)

Best limited budget: Guarder Clear
