AEG + Truck Battery =?
YouTube - Airsoft on TRUCK BATTERY!!!
Hook an AEG to a big truck battery -what happens? |
Real machine gun, now lets talk about gearbox life.
do an upgraded gun can resist to one of these truck batterys? would be fun to have one in a backpack, lol but running all day with that, and your a hero |
OK so when should we expect a portable fusion reactor to power our airsoft toys? And to extend that question, when should we expect internals that can handle that much power for our airsoft toys?

omfg

Perfect for drive-by's :P
|
marine deep discharge batteries are great too for running your kracken ak... lol (tried it)
|
comparing an 8.4 vs the car battery probably would have had a more noticable change on the SAW
|
Wow.
Just... wow. |
Two words: Go LiPo.
|
portable backpack batteries? Do you mean ghost busters?
and it does work. These batteries produces around 16-25volts. I tried hooking them up some series of LEDs and they were bright like god. My led's had a lot of resistance to voltage, even 30v woulnt fry them. But yea, i guess it's possible to hook up to other batteries ;) |
You guys need to stop confusing voltage and amperage...
|
Was doing my preflight inspection in the Falcon today, saw the two batteries in the 'hellhole', remembered a couple years ago wondering how an AEG woud run on one: 28VDC @ 48,000mAh! Lol

Sweet almighty fuck. Dude, you seriously need your own section in this forum. We can scrap the PropsCanada thing at the very bottom and make it your own "Check out my mad scientist fucking shit!" section.
That must be the name that is used. |
That guy is anoying.
Anyway, ask Poff about 12v battery in AEG.... He'll talk about all the stripped pistons and how unproductive it was. His M249 and I think his TM G36c tasted the 12v, too much amp, power of a large brik like battery. All destroying his gun internals. 9.6v is enough for me. All you need is one well placed BB anyway. More than that and it's a waist, unless you are going over 100 km/h and need some supressive fire. |
Sounds like a Tim Allen project.
