Are either of these 1-4X scopes true 1x?
 

Anyone have or know anyone who has one or the other? I want something I can use 99% of the time on 1x, both eyes open. I think it's a knock-off of the IOR Valdada expensive thing, but don't care. It just needs to do 1X and hold a zero against repeated mild bumps.

Use will be a 10.5" AR15.

Opinions appreciated.

I have a clone of the bottom one and it works like a red dot when its set on 1x.

I have the first one, it's good quality.

I had the King arms Version of this. It was 1x

i believe the star one is 1.5x and if i heard correctly Tys (m102404) said the King arms one is also 1.5x

Don't buy scopes from an airsoft company (Unless you want red dots)

I find that airsoft scopes always have such shitty eye-relief and picture quality.

the STAR one begins at 1. but I dunno if its accurate
I bought it for a project, would never have bought it otherwise, and I'm satisfied with it.

why not buy hunting scope from Hunting store, sure they have good scope?

Good stuff all, thanks. It sounds iffy. True, no 1-4x scope are ever 1x, but I'll go with a brand name then. Found two I can afford, unbelievably.
