Aftermath Kraken and Lycaeon

Hey all, I'm looking into my first airsoft gun, and I'm wondering what the canadian prices are at bass pro for the kraken ak-47 (http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/st...008000_425-8-4)

and the Lycaeon SMG (http://www.basspro.com/webapp/wcs/st...008000_425-8-4)

The bass pro site has american prices, and I'm wondering if anyone has seen/bought one of these in Canada and knows the price?

I'm just gonna be playing with friends (Who bought some wal-mart M4's) when Barrie Paintball is closed.

Thanks in advance for any help.

You want to elaborate on that a bit?

About $190 or so for either of them. I'd advise against the Lycaon, it doesn't have a great rep. If you like the mp5 style then go with a Broxa. The Kraken is the better buy though. But any of the Aftermath stuff is going to seriously outgun any Walmart garbage. If all you're going to be doing is backyard battles with Walmart clearsoft then get similar for yourself.

We first picked up on airsoft after the local paintball field was closed (low traffic in the winter) So we swung around walmart and picked up some spring pistols so the day wouldnt be wasted.

This field closes often in the winter so were looking for a dirt-cheap alternative on days we can't paintball.

and thanks Kuro-Neko, I guess I'll settle for a walmart M4, I just really hate M4 styling, I like H&K and FN guns, though I'm not playing seriously so it really doesnt matter.

No, we're planning on playing in the woods behind a friends house, the paint leaves to much mess for us to use paintball guns there.

Bad idea.

I was at Bass Pro in Vaughn Mills a week ago.

They did not have any MP5s and did not show any in their DC either, so you might not find it at the store.

The Krakens they had at about $165.99 (or something like that).

Kraken: 129.99

Broxa: 139.99

they dont have the Lycaeon there.

-That site is most definitely a reliable Canadian retailer.

-That is a Tactical Force TF7

I'm with kalnaren, playing in the woods behind a friends place is a bad idea... You're asking for trouble.

Velocity Arms is run by a guy here on ASC, it's definitely reliable but he won't sell guns to you unless you're 18 years old or older.
