Grip motor plate tightning
 

So my new grip came in, awesome. Now when I install it I know I need to adjust the little pad on the bottom that adjusts how high or low the motor sits. How do I know when its in the right spot so its not too tight nor too loose?

When it's as quiet as possible.

Can't put it any simpler myself!
