What sidearms do the CF use? I've never been able to find a proper answer on that question.

good question... I heard they're still using the Browning HP 9mm.

Favorite side arm of machine gunners in the CF.
Don't believe what people say these things are accurate and reliable except for weak springs in the magazines.

ops sorry. well on tour we just said 1911 sorry. but when i see it all belive it. MP's are issued the Sig.

The Official Sidearm for the CF is a Sig P226. It IS current issue.

when did the sig come into service as the official sidearm of the CF? just wondering. i have not seen it yet nore herd.

still think we should've gone with Para-Ord. , or something 1911-based (clones) atleast.. not a huge fan of the sig...
