RS wood vz61 grip on kwa vz61, direct drop in?
 

Hey guys I found a really good deal on surplus vz61 grips and from what I can see on the kwa the method that the grip attaches looks pretty similar to the real gun, has anyone tried this?

Im looking to retrofit a wooden vz58 stock to a vz61 to replicate a setup ive seen photos of from back in the daym as much as I love the look of the folding stock im a pretty tall guy and it can be a little tight to use and I think a wood grip would suit this look better as well as being a cool thing.

Yes, with some fitting. The grip tube extension is too long and will need to be lathed down slightly. The grip itself only needs a few small cuts with a chisel to fit flush with the frame.

Im hoping to build up a clone of a certain skorpion version with a fixed wood stock from a vz58. I fired up my old cgn account but the two people who seemed happy to sell me a vz58 stock got super weird after asking me some wierd questions.
