Cadpat chestrig?
 

is there a cadpat chestrig. I think I have my terms right, vest has two dump pouches on either side and three tall skinny (perfect for ak and tommy mags) pouches right in the front. Straps make an X in the back when worn.

I have one, I've seen a couple of other people with those before. Some of the ones I've seen look pretty cheap but mine has padded straps and proper snaps on the pouches.

where did you get yours from? What was the price...I'm guess that it's after market and not issue.

CPGear used to make the regular pattern chest rig. Now they've got a modular one that you can just mount pouches on (so if you want the classic style...).

HSGI makes them as well and Daves Surplus has them in Stock
You would be looking for the warlord line
only difference is there are 4 mag pouches instead of three
also the cadpat is the real cadpat so colouring is bang on

I simply use an OD BHI recon harness with CPgear pouches. OD doesn't stand out much anyway :)

what's a so-tech?

SO tech is a company that makes high speed gear. Special Operations Technology is the full name I think....

They make some nice kit.

High Speed Gear Inc. makes high speed gear ( just to clarify ) .
So Tech also makes their line of high speed gear :tup: .
Not sure if So Tech make gear in CadPat . HSGI makes gear for Dave's in authentic CadPat and in Arid .

Kind of Sock but taller/fewer centre pockets and longer/shallower dumppouches. This has been a great help thanks guys.
