Blank Firing Grenades

Hey all,

Quick question regarding the importation of Blank Firing Grenades.

Is it even possible? Anyone have any experience importing Blank Firing Grenades?

I am specifically looking into this model,

Thanks

This was discussed however I cannot recall the answer. Likely Google should net results.

Some more discussion at least

That is what I have.
Love it. Cost only a few cents each time I use it.
You can go into cabbalas, bass pro etc.. and get shotgun primer shells without any problem.

The guy is honest. He lost my first one. Sent it.. but the mail lost it. so he refunded my money and sent me another at no cost.

Can't ask for more than that.

Cheers

Had mine for 3 years now.

Get a couple extra pins with your grenade they are easy to lose. I bought a case of 1000 or 1500 9mm blank for 150 dollars. I'm through two 150 round boxes and working on my 3rd one. Had only a handful of misfires vs useless thunderB

no issues importing them?

Nope. There is also a Canadian retailer. I just cant remember it right now. I can look for it later if you like?

We had a few team mates order them in no problem.

Got both a VTG and TRMR
Both got through but none of the packages were opened by customs, FWIW

Haven't had the chance to use them in game yet

TRMR is great but will go off ONLY on hard floors; forget about grass or even relatively hard dirt

Are you just using 9mm blanks, or have you tried the others?

gogojuice May 15th, 2016 22:44

I have used the 9mm and the shotgun primers. (209's)

Cost for 100 is $6.99.....so about 7 cents a throw.

Not bad in my books. The VTG is built like a tank. It's not impact. It's timed. which is perfect for outdoors. Never had a misfire yet (about 50 put through it)

I haven't found any 12 gauge shotgun shells to use yet. But from what other people have reported.. it's way to loud for indoor use.

There is a youtube video comparing sound levels.

I believe the 9mm is about the same as a thunder B.. (check though... its been a while since i saw it)

Cheers

I would tend to agree with that statement above: 9mm being similar to thunderB; maybe even a bit quieter
