C02 Shotgun Shells - How Much PSI?

what PSI should i be filling C02 shotguns shells?

ive read up to 500PSI and 1000PSI... but they both seem a little high to me for a close quarter weapon?

If you talk about the PPS purple shells, I filled them at 600 without any problems.

It pushes 350fps with 6 BBs.
