kwa m11a1 ns2 problem
so i bought this mac 11 used off a guy 2 days ago and im having a problem with it, it fires a couple shots and then it double feeds and bbs will start to build up in the barrel, and when i tilt the gun down, almost 10 bbs will roll out, so when ever this happens i have to locke the bb follower in the mag back and shoot off those rounds in the barrel, but after i start shooting it happens again, i lubricated it good, the internals look good, does anyone know what is going on?
|
Hop up rubber might be torn, or the inner barrel is dirty. My MP9 had similar issues (BBs jamming in the barrel) and after a clean up everything was fine.

Hop up rubber is fuct, the hop up nub holds the BB in place in the chamber til fired. Try using an empty mag (gas) and with BBs in it, cycle the bolt a few times, see if the problem continues. Likely after two BBs, you'll have them rolling out the barrel. KWA and KSC have the same failing, the hop up rubber material soaks up oil like you wouldn't believe because it's too soft, it swells and is then easily ripped (especially in a gun that shoots 1200rpm!)

ya i took the hop up assembly apart and the bucking, after wiping it off, still felt oily and wet. does anyone know of a place to buy them?
|
You can wash in dishsoap and warm water, leave to dry, that works to completely get all oil off rubber parts. Where to buy, I'll leave that up to current gun docs......

venture stocks KWA ns2 hopup rubbers I believe, if they're all the same... if not you can contact kwa in the states by phone and have them mail you replacements, tho it gets costly if you only order a couple parts at a time.
|
Yup, contacting KWA USA is quite simple and pretty fast too.

I've ordered directly from kwa usa as well... got a replacement slide for my 226 as well as hopup rubber and outer barrel. You need to email them first with your request so they can make out an invoice, then call with your credit card. I dealt with veronica when I emailed them. They will ship with usps. I just emailed the helpdesk email and they dealt with it through there just explain where you're from and they will hook you up with what you need. Though there is a supply of kwa rubbers here in canada if it uses the standard ns2 pistol rubber.
Here's the number to call in directly though 626-581-1777 |
well i soaked it in hot water and soap and it worked for the first mag but the second one it jammed again, so it looks like i need a new one now
