Made an order about a week ago now, and have had no luck at all.
I realize the ongoing strike is an issue, but the website says UPS ground service is being used. So I am rather concerned, as I have emailed Frank, and also PM'd him on ASC. I have received no response, even though he has been online since sending him messages. Payment was sent for the product the day of purchase, via EMT. The EMT has not been accepted to this date either, with no communication I'm unaware of why or what's going on. Hopefully I can get some help here, I've never had this issue in the past with this retailer. |
It has now been over two weeks, he has been on the forums regularly, and still zero communication via the forum PM, or email.
Becoming extremely frustrated at this point. I would like to know if anyone else has been experiencing problems with this retailer during the last two weeks, because this is somewhat ridiculous now. |
Resent the EMT a few minutes ago as well, so hopefully that does something, still wondering why I haven't received any replies though.

This issue appears to have been resolved. There has been no communication on the matter, however the EMT was processed this morning.
