Airsoft Border Crossing

Does any one know how some one could get a airsoft gun over the border that is not clear cased??

Forever_kaos January 9th, 2011 15:07

To keep it simple short - By being Age Verified and buying in country.

Saberwing January 9th, 2011 15:08

Yes there are legal ways to bring them across by shipping, but smuggling them in your car is illegal and will not be discussed on this forum. Get AVd and the information will be available to you.

Strelok January 9th, 2011 15:10

Yeah, its called smuggling.

And thats highly illegal.

Use the search function on the board, I'm sure you will find your answer.

PS - Get a flame resistant suit ASAP

Don't quote me on that, but I THINK, that you can import personally airsoft guns through the border, ONLY if you have a valid PAL license. You need to declare it while saying that you have your PAL.

But the best thing for you to do is to get age verified and find a gun in the classifies or find someone who does custom orders, but YOU NEED TO GET AGE VERIFIED, that's the best thing you can do, because even if it's legal, border agents are often suspicious !

Here's an article that should explain what I said !!! :

Unfortunately you will just not be able to drive across the border with airsoft. If you declare it it will be seized and you will be out of the money you paid, if you don't delare it then you are smuggling. Smuggling will result in a fine and may result in prison time. It not really worth it.

You cant. Youre a new member here so take the time to read. Also, if youre not 18, then you cant buy airsoft around here. Get age verified if you want to buy guns.

Every week there is some kid who thinks he can hide airsoft in his car and drive it across the border.

R.I.T.Z January 9th, 2011 15:36

apparently he had his AV meeting.

JUST WAIT FOR IT TO GO THROUGH!

Due to the nature of the appearance of an airsoft gun and how it closely resembles the appearance of a real fire arm. It is not possible at this time with ease to cross the border with one. It is highly discouraged to attempt to do so and is even more discouraged to attempt to cross the border and not declare the item.

Information is available in the FAQS or frequently asked questions section should you require more information.

Please refrain from attempting to contribute misinformation to a discussion. The ehow website is not accredited in anyway and if you attempted to use in a dispute with a border services agent they would simply dismiss it and laugh at you.
