Tactical Vest Identification?
 

Just ignore the anime girl, but this vest was in Asobi ni Ikuyo! in ep 8.

I think that style of vest would suit me since there is straps on the side to adjust and looks simple.

Any clue what it might be or something related to it?

Look like a Black OTV to me:
1)The ajustement straps
2) the "line" in the middle of the vest (1st picture),
3) the straps in the back looks like Molle Straps
4)the transition betwen the back and front.

And really, you are using Anime as a reference for kit?

IBA has two straps, there's no PALS webbing on the front, the mag pouches look sewn on, and where you saw the 'line' in the front, there's 2, not the 1 line on the IBA.

Nothing wrong with using an anime as a reference, I know so many guys that use movies as a reference for their gear and guns.

The EA Gear TAC-V1 Modular Tactical Assault Vest looks promising if it was reliable... I rather spend the extra cash and get something I can trust.

I apologize about the crappy photo, but we saw a girl who was wearing a purple plate carrier like that style in the OP's pic. Unfortunately, I don't know where it came from, but it was very unique to say the least. I figured it also matches the hair in your sig pic!
