Best scope for a AR FIXED Carry Handle?
 

Hey guys I need a bit of help on choosing a promising good scope and recommendations for a fixed AR carry handle for a CA M16A1.

I'm new to buying scopes, I've bought red dots in the past but never bought or know what scope I should buy.

Please be realistic on what scope I should buy, I don't need a 1000$ hunting scope >_>.

Sorry for sounding so newbie but I'm going try one for my AR and please don't tell me iron sights or red dots are better BS.

I have this one and I love it, take the scope off the rail mount and it screws easily onto your carry handle. It's a 3x zoom with cross hair great for spotting, plus the above mounted red dot is ok.

because it mounts directly onto your carry handle without the need for a rail adapter, or 20mm rail (which I know you hate) most models have 4x zoom, it was built for the AR so it will work with your iron sights, their cheap also, I saw one with 4x zoom for $75

Aside from being made for the carry handle, it sits the lowest height possible so you're not cranking your neck to aim down the damn thing. I ran an M16 with a scope ontop of a carry handle rail for a while, its a bit awkward to shoot with the scope sitting so high on the gun. That, and the scope it awkward to aim with due to it being situated so high from the barrel.

There are also ACOG style sights that fit into a carry handle, but thats next to a fortune unless there are clones available.

Just look into getting those basic 4x carry handle sights, preferably the real deal. They should fit on fine and not be too much of an investment.
