I want to buy a HK 416 but which one is better?

I want to going to buy a hk 416 can somebody tell me which one is better? Classic army Sport Line, AGM, JG or ECHO1 :):)

Welcome to Airsoft Canada.

They are all lower end models, but from your "selection" I'd probably say the JG. Although considering your in the states why not spend the extra cash and get a better quality model for a little more?

Btw, its not necessary to post in a large font, we are neither old nor retarded and its akin to shouting in person.

Cheers.

Echo1 are rebrands of JG. CA is probably your best bet but the HK416 by Echo1/JG is very good (especially if you can get a V2 JG with a full metal body).

Didn't they discontinue that?

VFC is off and on, they just released a batch of them again a while ago/

First question that comes to my head is what do you want to spend?

Although all the listed brands are "lower end" I have heard nothing but good about echo1 stuff from friends in the States (for the price you pay that is).

if you are on a limited budget then echo1 might be good for you seeing they all come with a 30 day warranty.

Second question that comes to mind is... Is this your first gun?

If so you might want to spend more and have something more reliable and then down the road you can tinker with the lower end stuff when you want to get more guns in your armory.

JG gen 2+ 416 is the best on the market internally, externally it's very close to the VFC and at 1/5 the price.

Question: Why are you using big bolded font? bit unrelated.

But if you can get a VFC. *thumbs up*

Well that answers the second Q, what about the first? How much are you looking to spend?

Externally being close to the VFC? Gah... did I get a lemon then? Mine isn't close, lol.

Do I care? Hell no, it's awesome in terms of feel and performance. Get the JG gen 2 HK416 and you won't be sorry. MOSFET plus lipo equals ridiculously nice trigger response. Was it worth every penny? Hell yes. My only dislike of the whole thing is that the pistol grip is a tad shiny and plasticy feeling - still, it's better than any of the low end HK416's when you factor in the cost-to-value thing.

JG would be the best bet, as long as it was the newest generation version 2 JG 416. Echo1 is simply rebranded JG so thats always an option as well as long as the model rebranded is the second generation version.

AGM and CA sportline fall a little farther down the quality ladder this time for numerous reasons. AGM being poor tolerance, grease filled pieces of garbage and Sport line being low quality, cheap material pieces of garbage.

The second generation JG 416 has a considerable amount of improvements. Its a full metal unit right out of the box so no upgrade required. It has a factory installed mosfet. The tolerances on the RIS have been modified and updated so that the front end should no longer have any play or wobble. Metal bushings are now preinstalled unlike the first generation. The two piece hopup design has been replaced with a one piece unit. The only thing that a person really needs to do is replace the hopup rubber and nubbin and they are good to go. A possible down grade maybe required to adhere to local field FPS limits but those vary from place to place.
