KJW Berreta M9 question

I have been looking at purchasing this and I had a few questions. I heard that this model can handle both Co2 and GG magazines but the websites I've visited have conflicting statements regarding this, and do any of you have any problems with this model? Also if it doesnt support both mags which would you suggest. I was originally looking into getting both for the purposes of indoor and outdoor use with propane being the later because of the smell.

Not every KJ M9 can use Co2, I believe the Co2 versions have reinforced internal components to allow the pistol to handle the extra wear generated by Co2. A Co2 version M9 should be able to use both Co2 and regular green gas mags, a regular version should also be able to use both but due to the lack of reinforced internals the use of a Co2 magazine could possibly cause damage.

mine can handle both and there been no noticeable damage and mine was full metal and reinforced

CO2 = blue loading nozzle assembly. Most recent KJW M9's have this, but older ones (especially older ones) don't.

The "reinforced" blue loading nozzle looks and feels a little more durable than that from an old-gen (mine does have adjustable hop up, though) KJW M9. Yes, that statement comes from personal experience. Can't say I've tried the blue one though because it's ugly as hell and I don't mind the smell of propane, even in a 15x10 room. I still would be wary of using CO2 in a gun that isn't designed strictly for that purpose, but hey - it's not my gun, lol.

can you upgrade an older model to have these blue nozzles?

Green gas is better for pistols, unless you got a DE maybe, or wanna kill birds. I have an M9 elite (with the blue nozzle) and it shoots 330fps with .2g, good enough for something that rarely gets used.

Sure, you could. Will it make THAT much of a difference? Probably not. I might just go test it out one day, though.
