I'm kinda confused here (I know this may be a dumb question but hey, this is the newbie tank)
 

Reading from recent posts of mine, along with others and airsoft retail sites here in Canada, mach1 airsoft has full black guns, and they somehow imported them. Now I think I know how but I just want to be sure so I won't ask any stupid questions later, knowing that this one sort of is.

Don't they just have business firearms licences? Only asking cuz I have heard mixed stories and rumors and don't know who to believe.

yes it is confusing, because they had to deal with government bullshit.

but basically they can sell full metal guns to you now, but just the ones they have on their site, (you still cannot import any guns) just be happy you can buy them now, it's alot easier that way you don't REALLY need to understand. all you gotta know is that they can sell them to you legally and when you buy one you fill out a form with all your info on it and the gun's serial# is recorded so all this can be presented to the authorities if they ask (they kick down your door for some reason and find it, I dunno) no loop holes its legal legit.

Yes you need a Business Firearms Liscense to import fully black replicas.

I've been around airsoft for something like 4 years now and answer me honestly when I ask this but I think I'm one of the more mature ones with airsoft that happens to be underaged.

Two at a time? Or two in total through the existance of your business?

I believe how it works with a BFL is that three of one specific model can be ordered per order.

and to keep the gun i think you need ur PAL?

No its a unrestricted firearm and can be bought by anyone 18+ or you need a MFL to buy a airsoft gun if your a minor.

righttt.... I'm going to break some shit with the 2nd hand safesoft gun I have now.
All jokes aside, that's a ridiculous proposition and I have near complete doubt of it ever having been put into place; since you don't need to transfer titled ownership on the used market.

All they're doing is putting the 407-500fps gap to its full effect.
