MAA Fall Open House Sept. 26 2009
 

Date: Saturday 26 September 2009
Time: 10:00 am til 5:00 pm
Location: MAA Badlands (Brand new field just outside Selkirk in St. Clements)
Cost: $5 (Includes meal and raffle ticket)

The Manitoba Airsoft Association Inc. will be holding their second Open House this year in September. More details will be coming out as the date creeps closer but keep checking this thread for updates.

Of course, the public is welcome to come out and see what we are all about and new people are always encouraged to learn more about our sport and meet the community.

Directions will be put up on the MAA main Open House announcement for people to print out.

We will be having three scrims again this year as well as a range, a Turkey Shoot, and an Airsoft 101 course being run for new people.
Please be aware that scrims will be 18+, but those under 18 are welcome to come out and fondle and test guns, though they cannot shoot at or be shot at by players.

So far we have HM Surplus, Abbi's Payfair, Urban Tactical, and SMART EMS sponsoring the event. More sponsors will be announced closer to the event, so keep checking back.

So very in. Not bringing all 30+ guns this time though! Just a select few of the best/stranges/rarest.

I can't edit the original post at the top, but we have another sponsor who deserves credit lined up: The Upper Crust Bakery is now on the sponsor list.
I believe that prizes from Gordon Contract and a booth from Urban Tactical have both been officially arranged at this point as well. :)

Well... there's no confirmation on the cinnamon buns for the Open House. I only spoke to them about hot dog and hamburger buns.
However... I do have half of a pack of their cinnamon buns here still from when I went and asked about the hot dog and hamburger buns and decided that I couldn't leave without cinnamon buns...

Looks like it is going to be a busy day for a lot of you! When you consider that food is included in your admission, this is a deal! Probably the best deal you will find in the sport of airsoft. I don't even think you can get a spring for an AEG for $5 :p

And this has food, when was the last time a spring got you food :p

You need to get age verified on the maa boards. Talk to Amos for that.

AV status can be transferred from ASC with no problem at all, just PM anyone on the council, will probably get fastest response from myself or toast as we both tend to be on alot
