Airsoft gun used in armed robery, ended in school
 

Well today was an interesting day

Just outside of winnipeg, a youth was arrested for armed robbery of an esso at aproximately 1:00 pm. Police were on the scene fast and arrested the boy just outside the local high school. The robbery was conducted with a BB handgun, although i have mixed reports that it may also have been an airsoft pistol, or a real 9mm. The three schools were then under lockdown for about 2 hours. Local RCMP are still working on it, expect more details in the news at 6. I know that Global TV was there, as well as CTV. I will not disclose details about the youths name, age, or the names of the schools until the news releases it first, i dont wanna get in trouble. Right now im not saying too much as being in lockdown for 2 hours creates alot of rumours and speculation, and i dont want to give out incorrect information. Ill post the link to the story when its realeased.

He was arrested inside the school, and I conclude that it was a Crosman Sig Sauer P225. We dont know if it was painted black or not, i hear taht it was not. I am waiting on more details still, im trying not to make assumptions and only giving you fact, and am also not trying to give away too much information as I also do go to this school and was in the lockdown.

So the revisoin of info goes like so. A youth, age 15, robs the local Esso with offically described as a BB gun. It was recovered in his locker along with the stolen cigarettes and a knife. He was detained by approximately 4 RCMP officers that tactially and surprisingly entered the classroom and arrested him. Oakbank Elementary, Springfield Middle School, and Springfield Colligate Institute underwent a lockdown prosedure for about an hour and a half to two hours. Ill post more info as I find out, the teachers are being pretty tight lipped, and info is hard to keep staight amongst all the rumours going around right now. I actually managed to get into the Esso that day after, and had a small discussion with the workers there, who could not confirm whether or not if was an airsoft of real gun, but was described to me as pretty freakin realistic.

What I am happy is that this is not all over the news right now, despite all the major local stations being there. Ill see what is on the news in the morning, and ill update you all soon

meh, anyone who can spend $200-300 on an airsoft pistol don't need to rob cigarettes from a gas station. (At least not yet until they reach $20/pack)

Well its come and gone in our school, and the truth has been sorted out.
The kid in question was not of normal mental health (many of you are thinking well duh!), as in mentally challenged. Some condition where he cant really make decisions for himself and he does whatever people tell him to. So now that his siblings graduated, he turned to the wrong people. Probalby at some point someone said "hey you should rob the gas station and score us some cigarettes". it went from there. As it turns out, it was a pellet handgun (a little more dangerous than crosman crap) and it was all worked out. He was released on promise to appear in court but due to his condition its doubtful he will be charged. He probaly wont be returning to the school. Now once the teachers figure out who told him to do that...... then thats when hell breaks loose, and i will be happy =)

That's some cold shit, taking advantage of those who can't help themselves for your own ends.

I hope whoever is behind it gets a slow roast on an electric chair (but of course, it would never happen.)
